Ann is believed to have been a housekeeper for Richard Forshaw before and after his wife died in 1841. There is no marriage record, but he is named as father in the birth abd baptism records of Richard William Sutton and Margaret Sutton. The possibility of his being Richard Forshaw b 1814 (qv) is ruled out because of a conflict with his other childrens' birth dates, or of its being Richard Forshaw b 1797 (qv) because of location.
