    • Nathan in 1841, 1871 and 1881 censuses. BIrthplace given as Wigan in 1871 census, Rufford in 1881, 'Bursker' in 1891. Father named as |Peter Gill, mason, in marriage record.
      There is another Nathaniel baptised in Rufford in January 1831 to a singlewoman Mary, but he died age 3, buried 9.8.1834 in Ormskirk (Lancs OPC).
