    Father named as Robert Thompson in marriage record.
    Probably born Margaret Alice Chambers on 10.3.1877, bapt 23.12.1877 St Mary the Virgin, Blackburn, child of Alice Chambers, weaver. In 1881 census as Margaret Alice Thompson, daughter of Alice Thompson, widow, and in 1891 as Margaret A Chembers, lodger with Alice Hudson, presumed mother after her remarriage to George Hudson.
    Absent in 1901 and 1911 censuses while husband living with Martha Lister as man and wife, but death not recorded until 1922, after which John Peach married Martha Lister.

    Margaret married John Peach on 19 Nov 1898 in Christ Church, Adlington. John (son of Thomas Peach and Jane Tinsley) was born in 1876 in Northwich. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
