    • Surname Griffith in baptism record. Residence at time of 1863 marriage: Barge on the River Weaver.
      Findmypast has a James Griffiths (abode Castle Northwich) burial at Witton 22.5.1861 age 35, but we assume this to have been another James. We have him, waterman age 37 father Thomas, marrying again as a widower in 1863.
