    • Mother's maiden name Wilson in GRO birth records.
      In 1901 census as Edith Cusworth with sister Sarah "Jackson".
      Edith's first two children registered with mother's maiden name Sanderson, but others as Jackson, a surname temporarily assumed by her father.
      In 1911 census with five children and a lodger, Arthur Holmes, while her husband is in Goole Workhouse.
      George Cusworth died soon after the census was taken, and Edith married Arthur two years later.
