Baptisms exist for Ann Robinson 15.2.1829 St Michael, Aughton, and for James Robinson 10.4.1831, St Mary the Virgin, Rufford, both to parents Thomas (boatman) and Catherine, so possibly niece and nephew, though the names conflict with the known children of Edward's brother Thomas and Catherine nee Culshaw.
